FAQ's for Advanced Security

1. What functionality does Advanced Security module has?

  • Personal Data Fields.  Select and identify fields that include personal data is provided.
  • Electronic Data Delivery. Electronic Data Delivery relating to individuals that wish to exercise the data portability right.
  • Data Anonymization. Anonymize personal data of an individual, which is an irreversible action.
  • Protection from Internal "data leaks". Define personal access rights to view export data for data display and reports.
  • Additionally for Galaxy ERP and CRM
  • Data Masking. Data masking requires SQL Server 2016 SP1 or higher. Masking ability allows business to determine which users will view data as masked, i.e. +30-210-xxxx-735, inxxx @ xxxxl.com. The masking restriction follows the user rights in views, reports and export.
  • Opt-in Audit. Galaxy CRM supports opt-in registration to monitor in what types of campaigns the recipient / contact has given consent to.
